Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Starting a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. If requested, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a prepaid return label is provided by Back Nine Bargains, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For oversized items, return shipping costs may be higher and will be deducted accordingly.


Shipping Costs (Important)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right at no cost to you.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
